this has been a ridiculous weekend. actually... it's still not over yet; we have tomorrow off for MLK day. anyway. some parts of it were pretty freaking great... others were not. needless to say, i am glad for the opportunity to unwind. week one is over and week two is beginning. graduation is may 8th and suddenly that doesn't seem so far away. life is going, going.

i have been listening to sufjan steven's the avalanche pretty much constantly for the last few days. it is so so wonderful. beautiful music for winter days and nights.
