i've had the last few days off of work--my weekend, essentially--so i've been trying to make the most of it. they've both been quite lovely, really. i caught up on sleep, did some writing, started a new book, vacuumed downstairs, wrote an article over
here (this weekend, you can go for a canoe ride on the des plaines river or do some stargazing!), paid a few bills and, finally, made some prints of our wedding photos.
the mister and i have also gone on a few walks and the weather has absolutely been perfect for it. how is it possible that it's already september, and that we've been married for almost three months? i guess time flies when you're having fun, and i'm the happiest i've ever been.
That's the best when you have those moments of bliss. Sounds like you've had a productive and yet wonderful time off.
